Coaching gives me the opportunity to be a thinking partner with women looking to transform their thinking by renewing their minds. I work with women leaders, executives, ministry and non-profit directors and women looking to create awareness around emotional intelligence or soft skills in their leadership, relationships, ministries or non-profits that will propel them to success.
Speaking gives me the opportunity to inspire and encourage women in their process of transformation. Workshops, trainings, keynotes or conference breakouts are where I can connect with the audience, engage them with opportunities to learn, helping them create awareness in areas they are wanting change to move forward. My style of speaking is warm, engaging, and biblically based. I am passionate about encouraging women to know how loved they are by God.
is where I use my voice to create encouraging and inspiring content in the areas of coaching, faith, inspiring devotionals, and sharing life stories. I have written several articles for Christian Coaching Magazine, Colorado Christian University’s 100-year anniversary devotional, the Sacramento Family Resource Guide and sharing life stories through my Life Over Coffee Blog.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Leadership and Organizational Management and have experience working on a staff, with boards, with teams and as a Director of Women and Adult Ministries. Currently I am an independent coach with Switzer Associates Leaderships Solutions.
Jackie is a genuinely caring and deeply insightful coach who helps transform lives. I was impressed by her insight and authenticity. Her coaching sessions have accelerated both my leadership and personal growth. I would highly recommend Jackie to anyone committed to discover and fulfill one’s potential in life, professionally and personally.Executive Director for a Non-Profit
I have worked with Jackie for 10 plus years in and out of ministry. Women’s Ministry Teams, Adult Ministry Teams, Women’s Bible Studies, Community Outreach Missions and now in a local non-profit business established as a faith-based organization. Our mission is lending monetary assistance to other non-profits in our county. Jackie helped with the development of this organization lending her knowledge and insight while sitting on our initial business team and has become a faithful volunteer.
I have had the privilege of meeting with Jackie a few times. She coaches with love and you can tell she really listens and cares about the heart of people. She coaches you towards great wisdom and discovery with clarity and grace so you feel encouraged while still realizing you are in process. I always leave feeling inspired but also challenged to grow in who I am. I have been truly blessed by this opportunity.Director for a Non-Profit Residency program
I have known Jackie for approximately 5 years. She is a past board member of our non-profit Oasis Services, which provides support to those going through difficult life transitions. Jackie is a virtuous woman living life with infectious joy and integrity, full of love and empathy for others, seeking to meet needs made known in a wide array of areas. Jackie is multi-gifted and I have witnessed her in the roles of Women’s Ministry Director, public speaker, Bible teacher, life coach and counselor. I have recommended her for speaking and teaching with great results. I am always amazed at the growth outcome in others when she shares her love and passion for Christ. Personally I have grown spiritually and emotionally from her wisdom and counsel. She is a true gift to my life!Tonda Pratt, President of Oasis Services Non-Profit
